How Our Implementation Process Works
Implementing Salesforce can feel complex, so we’ve crafted a proven 5-phase process to ensure your project’s success. We guide you through each phase – from initial discovery to go-live – with clear communication and minimal disruption to your business. Here’s how it works:
Discovery: We begin with in-depth workshops to understand your business processes, pain points, and goals. Our team gathers requirements from key stakeholders and assesses your current systems. This ensures we design Salesforce to solve the right problems and deliver measurable impact from day one.
Design: Next, we translate requirements into a tailored solution design. We map out custom objects, automations (like Flows or Apex triggers), and integrations needed. At this stage, you’ll see prototypes or wireframes of how Salesforce will look and function for your users. We iterate with your feedback to ensure the design aligns with your vision before any building begins.
Build: Our certified Salesforce developers configure and customize your Salesforce org. We set up data models, create Lightning pages, build automations, and code custom Apex or Lightning Web Components as needed. Throughout the build, we hold regular check-ins to show progress. Our agile approach means you get to see features as they’re built and we can adapt quickly to changes or new ideas.
Test: Rigorous testing is key to a smooth launch. We conduct thorough QA and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to catch any issues. You and your team will validate that the system meets all requirements. We test integrations, data migrations, and edge cases to ensure reliability. Your users also get hands-on training during this phase, so they feel comfortable and confident with the new system.
Deploy: Finally, we push your Salesforce solution live and handle all the go-live logistics. We’ll help import your existing data, set up user accounts, and be on standby to support your team. Deployment is carefully planned to minimize downtime. After launch, we transition into hypercare – closely supporting you in the first days/weeks to quickly address questions or minor tweaks. Now, you’re now running on Salesforce!
Throughout each phase, communication is our priority. You’ll know exactly what’s happening and what’s coming next. This transparent, phased approach helps avoid common pitfalls like scope creep and ensures your Salesforce implementation stays on time and on budget.
